Andrea De Luca

Therapist & Clinic Director

My name is Andrea De Luca and I am licensed with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. As a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist-Qualifying, I bring a wealth of experience to my practice at Rising Roots Psychotherapy. My professional journey has led me to specialize in supporting individuals grappling with issues related to body image, self-esteem, perfectionism, and complex trauma. I am deeply passionate about guiding clients towards understanding the root causes of their ongoing challenges and fostering transformative growth and empowerment by healing the inner child wound. I draw from a variety of different modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Gestalt, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Inner Child work.

Drawing from my personal experience of living with a chronic health condition, I possess a unique understanding of the profound impact that chronic illness has on one's self-esteem, including the associated grief. This blend of personal insight and professional expertise allows me to provide compassionate and effective counselling to those in need.

Stephanie Fallone

Registered Social Worker

With years of experience in Social Work, I've had the privilege of supporting older adults and their caregivers as they navigate mental health challenges, dementia, and the complexities of our healthcare system. However, after experiencing my own struggles with postpartum, I became passionate about helping women during the perinatal period. These deeply personal experiences have ignited my commitment to supporting women through the emotional and physical complexities of the postpartum journey, including the significant changes to the body during this time. I work with women to navigate the physical transformations they experience and to address challenges with disordered eating and body image that can arise during the perinatal stage.

In my practice, I focus on helping people reconnect with life’s meaning and purpose again, managing anxiety and depression, embracing self-care, intuitive eating, and addressing perfectionism and burnout.

My goal is to build a therapeutic, trusting relationship with each client, offering individualized therapy that meets you where you are. Whether it’s navigating the perinatal period or dealing with other life challenges, my approach combines practical strategies and a deep understanding of your unique experience to empower you toward better health and well-being.

If you’re ready to tackle life’s challenges and enhance your quality of life, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation today. Let’s work together to help you find balance and healing.
